CNT Property Management was founded in February of 2019 with one simple goal—to provide the best commercial property maintenance services in the South Bend region by building real relationships with local business owners and providing landscaping and horticulture services that are fairly-priced and expertly executed. CNT assembled a dedicated and experienced team of industry professionals and set out to provide property management services focused on the needs and wants of our customers.
Since conception, CNT Property Management has grown from offering general commercial property maintenance services to providing Northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan with specialty and seasonal property services.
